Commission information

NOTE: This is a CONDENSED version of the TOS.
By purchasing a commission, the client agrees to and affirms to have read these terms. They agree to be legally bound by these terms. Failure to abide by these terms may result in termination of service. The artist may not do service in the future with a client that has failed to abide by the terms of service.
Payment (USD) is made through Paypal.
A commission will not be started until payment is received.
The artist has the right to refuse a commission or trade with or without explanation.
Personal use is allowed. Commercial use is prohibited.
A commission may be reuploaded for non-commercial use, but the client must provide credit (by name) and a link back to any of the artist's social media pages.
Product is a digital file, and no shipping costs will be bore. However, if the product is a physical item, the client agrees to bear the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping is currently only available in the United States.
Under no circumstances shall the artist's work be used to train AI, create NFTs, etc.

Will Draw:

Anthro/furry characters
Feral/four-legged characters
Human or Humanoid characters
Complicated designs, within reason. If a design is too complicated or cluttered, I may ask to draw another character or cancel the commission. This is unlikely but not impossible either.
Gore/horror
Characters with mech design elements
Suggestive artwork. I do not do NSFW at this time, but those 18+ can request something suggestive.
Different or experimental styles or artwork, as long as they are general. (i.e. semi-realism, chibi, etc.; they may be commission types in the future)
